(è che è un contratto da stipulare via web con un'azienda u.s.a. Io, finché si tratta di firmare per un anno da precario della scuola, faccio presto. Ma più di quello non vado)

Mi sta venendo in mente che By potrebbe essere lo spazio per la tua firma, e title, potrebbe essere per una tua eventuale qualifica o titolo di studio....

Delaware (just like any othe U.S. Company, it seems), but I think the HQ are in San Francisco (or somewhere else in California).

A occhio e croce vuol dire che se tu, lavorando per loro, violi qualche proprietà intellettuale - diritto d'immagine, I suppose - so' cazzi tua. Loro non sono responsabili da alcun punto di vista.
Se fotografi una casa mentre passa Pippa Middleton e lei ti fa causa perché non voleva essere ripresa, paghi tu.

da come lo leggo io significa che ti assumi la responsabilità di tutti i costi in ogni maniera collegati a possibili azioni legali contro la compagnia.
mi sembra un testo standard, data la natura della prestazione (per cui ritrarresti abitazioni private da affittare, in cui entri con l'ovvio consenso del proprietario) direi che il rischio è praticamente nullo.
Per quanto riguarda il "By" è preceduto da qualche altra cosa?
"Title" credo si riferisca ad una eventuale posizione aziendale, se cioè tu firmassi assumendo obbligazioni per conto di una azienda (presidente, AD, mega direttore naturale etc etc). Tu puoi lasciarlo vuoto.
Ma se ci posti uno screenshot è meglio.
