"
international billionaire, global financier, war-profiteer and all-around asswipe George Soros."
Chris dice no e lascia l'operazione e l'anno dopo i Propagandhi lasciano proprio la FatWrecks.
nell'album è presente "Rock for Sustainable Capitalism" che contiene i seguenti versi:
"
I fucking love that one rock video where that fucking jack-ass mohawked millionaire [...] caught on film shaking hands with an incredibly diverse collection of patriotic skins. I like the message it sends: With a Rebel™ yell, Just Do Exactly What You’re Told." riferito a Lars Frederiksen dei Rancid, in particolare per questo video:
“When did punk rock become so safe?” You’ll excuse me if I laugh in your face as I itemize your receipts and PowerPoint your balance sheets. I hear this year’s Vans Warped Tour is “going green!” I guess they heard that money grows on trees. Hope they ship all those shitty bands overseas like they did the factories. riferito chiaramente a FatMike e alla traccia d'apertura di "American Errorism" dei NOFX
e aggiungendo sul retro del disco:
We have no sponsors because we're not fucking posers (but we would take a ride in Dexter Holland's multi-million dollar private jet that he's christened Anarchy Airlines, which clearly honours the spirit and vision of a long history of people who have struggled and often died fighting concentrations of wealth and power. Pretty fly for an asswipe!)
This record not brought to you by George Soros.
Still I'm waiting to see if my bid on E-Bay was enough
To get "Today's Empires, Are Tomorrow's Ashes"
On soviet red vinyl it's going on the wall
Next to the Tubthumper and the Battle of Los Angelesdi fatto descrivendoli come una via di mezzo tra i RATM e i Chambawamba.
E
"
Knowledge has much better uses than self-pity and superiority,
maybe you are or could be the next Hoffman, Mahatma, or Chomsky
but no one will ever know [...]
A sum of your parts are not gonna change any hearts
not with hate in your eyes
In order to lead by example you have to show a path to a better world,
not a cell"
