UEFA's Control and Disciplinary Body has today fined S.S. Lazio €40,000 for the improper conduct of the club's supporters (racist behaviour) during the UEFA Europa League group stage match in London on Thursday 20 September between Tottenham Hotspur FC and the Italian side.

UEFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against S.S. Lazio. Charges relate to the alleged racist behaviour of Lazio supporters during the Italian club's 0-0 UEFA Europa League Group J draw against Tottenham Hotspur FC in Rome on 22 November 2012.
Proceedings will also be instigated against S.S. Lazio for throwing of missiles and/or fireworks by their supporters, incidents of a non-sporting nature, late team arrival at the stadium, and late handling of the team sheet

The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body has issued a deferred decision ordering S.S. Lazio to play their next UEFA club competition match behind closed doors. This sanction has been suspended for a probationary period of two years. In addition, a fine of €50,000 was imposed on Lazio for the racist conduct of their supporters, ignition of fireworks and incidents of a non-sporting nature at their UEFA Europa League group stage game against NK Maribor in Slovenia on 6 December 2012.
In another decision, Lazio have been fined €90,000 for the racist behaviour of their fans, throwing of missiles and/or fireworks, incidents of a non-sporting nature, late handling of their team sheet and late arrival at the stadium, at the UEFA Europa League group stage match against Tottenham Hotspur FC on 22 November 2012 in Rome.

Lazio charges: Setting off and throwing of fireworks, racist behaviour, insufficient organisation
The Control and Disciplinary Body decided to order Lazio to play their next two UEFA competition matches as host club behind closed doors. This applies to the following fixture: Lazio v VfB Stuttgart on 14 March. The remaining game behind closed doors applies to the next UEFA competition match for which the club would qualify. The Italian club have also been fined €40,000.
Sinceramente parlare di complotto mi sembra ridicolo , oltre che inutile . Per dire guardate la punizione al Fenerbahce per lancio di razzi e fumogeni (in una partita giocata a porte chiuse per lancio di razzi e fumogeni nella partita precedente) :

The Control and Disciplinary Body decided to order Fenerbahçe to play their next UEFA competition match as host club behind closed doors. This applies to the following fixture: Fenerbahçe v FC Viktoria Plzeň on 14 March. The Turkish team are also excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which they would qualify – this sanction is deferred for a probationary period of two years. Fenerbahçe have also been fined €60,000.
Se volete vi posto pure le sanzioni riguardo Serbia U21 - Inghilterra U21 per comportamento razzista verso 1 giocatore inglese : prima la comissione ha deciso di punire la Serbia con 1 partita a porte chiuse , poi la stessa UEFA ha appellato il giudizio della propria comissione e nel appello la Serbia è stata punita con 2 partite a porte chiuse (più altre cavolate che non ci interessano perchè conseguenza di una rissa a fine partita)
